REFUND AND RETURNS
Baobab.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make. Baobab.com we offer a 30-day guarantee on any product that you purchase. The following refund policy will apply to retail customers.
CUSTOMERS
Baobab.com will provide the retail customer with a 100% refund on the returned product
- If the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date
- Regardless of whether the product has been used, is re-stackable or resalable.
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) from baobabstory.
- Ship items to the address provided by Baobab story Customer service when you are given our RMA.
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products or service. Such an invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
- Baobab story recommends shipping returned product via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and insurance, as the risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer or Busines Member.
- If the returned product is not received at the PurpleU warehouse, it is the responsibility of the Customer or Business Member to trace the shipment, and no credit will be applied.
- The customer or the business member is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
- Please contact your PurpleU Business member to organize a replacement product to be sent out to you. If you are having difficulty contacting PurpleU Business members you can reach us at order@baobabstory.com.
- Please allow 2 weeks from the time Baobab.com receives the returned merchandise to receive a refund or shipment of your substitute product.
